I gave 2 stars last time. That wasn't low enough. I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted with the quality and the hygiene. The staff does not wear hairnets. They are also uncoperative and have a lazy attitude. So i got my veg soup that tasted like water and pepper (which i added myself of course) to find a huge chunk of HAIR in it. Then, a relative found hairs in their sausage roll. Another relative asked for their baked potato to not be heated, then getting it stone cold. Got a cappucino, tasted of boiling water. I gave this 5 stars 2 years ago. Look at it now. The only thing thar can fix this "cafe" is probably Gordon Ramsey....
