Great company and the service from James and Dean was second to none, James went out of his way and delivered a car on a Saturday night for me as my own insurance company let me down. I would highly recommend.

The staff in Enterprise Omagh are exceptional they go above and beyond what you'd expect to accommodate you. Customer service is fantastic they are welcoming and friendly. We have hired from other company's but would rate Enterprise Omagh way above any other. Well done to Lee and his team!
The staff were so incredible and gave us such a warm welcome. Lee Martin did an exceptional job arranging our rental accommodations and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Lee made us hot tea and coffee as we waited, added an additional driver at no added cost, and walked us through all of the scenarios to thoroughly explain how added insurance works with their rentals. Lee even offered to give us a larger, automatic car to replace our previously booked compact manual car. We mentioned we were a bit nervous about driving a manual car in another country, but he assured us that the automatic car would work just fine for us. Even though the car was much larger, he still did not charge us extra to switch cars. Lee was amazing in every sense of the word. He took customer service to an exceptional level and was absolutely wonderful to work with. I wouldn't rent a car from anywhere else in Ireland! Enterprise should be looking at Lee as a model employee for his hard work and dedication to his customers. 10 stars out of 5!
