Parking was at a premium at Marks and Spencer Omagh store today so I was slightly frazzled when I went shopping for the New Year. Shop Assistants were busy replenishing the shelves and still finding time to respond to customer queries. The store was very busy . Finally , when I reached the till I was lucky that a lovely lady called Anne was on duty . She is the epitomy of customer care . Friendly ., efficient and a whizz at packing bags . Well done Anne and thank you for restoring my equilibrium !
