There is no doubt that this service is not only very helpful but it also delivers. I am homeless since May 2017, but that does not mean that I have lost my dignity, nor does it mean I need to sleep rough or I have been forgotten. These people really try to help as best as they can apart from the odd one, whose rather demeaning approach is costing 1-star. Nevertheless, it should be noted, that own efforts should be made to improve one's situation as the Housing Executive's choices and offerings are only limited. Do not just wait to get housed in council-owned properties because you will end up on a waiting list , meaning your stay in temporary or emergency accommodation will seem never ending.
