Absolutely fantastic staff are so friendly and helpful with any queries, apart from the manager, whom I found to be obnoxious and rude to approach! which was not helpful and pleasant!!! He would definitely need to go on a customer service course and learn not to speak down to people!!! Especially to a disabled persons carer!!!

Some great new deals, def recommend the matinee shows for value and comfort. Was in this morning for wreck it Ralph and was very impressed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The supervisor went out of her way to help me with a query very professional and kind. and the girl at the shop was friendly and polite. Great place for families, we are always made feel very welcome.
Want to say a big thank you to staff at the cinema! Brought my twins and a friend to see wreck it Ralph and they had a ball and staff couldnt have done more to make them happy! They even had a visit from Santa and got a treat and even had a wee draw and everyone in room won a surprise the girls had a amazing time and will definitely will be back to that cinema again!! Thank you all so so so so much
Five stars is not enough!!! What a wonderful idea having Santa come into the cinema! Santa and the cinema supervisor came into the screen after the film and my kids loved every moment. Such friendly, lovely staff! It was all done perfectly, the staff working today are an absolute credit to IMC. Well done Imc Omagh!!
