My Husband and I visited the Lucky Inn,Omagh yesterday evening, and to say we were disappointed is an under statement. The Restaurant was so cold, we kept all our outside clothes on and we were still cold. I told the waiter and he said he was sorry but the heating was not working. On hindsight we should have left then, but we were quite hungry, so we decided to give it a chance. We were not offered any prawn crackers to nibble on while we waited, and when the food did arrive, there was no egg in the egg fried rice, and we had to eat it so qucikly, as it was so chilly and drafty in there. In fact from going into the Restaurant to leaving it was 25 minutes, so much for a nice evening out! We were not even offered a good will gesture of a drink or anything. So we will NOT be going back and will be telling all family & freinds of our awful experience.!!! I have just read several reviews and we must be Very unlucky with our visit, but still won't be going back!!!
Lovely food every time we visit. Great menu selection and the staff are very helpful. Not the cheapest but never disappointed. Worth a visit.
