I really enjoyed my experience at Orba Health and Wellbeing. I loved the serene and relaxing atmosphere and the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. There are a large range of classes suitable for the beginner or experienced. It is set in beautiful and quiet surroundings and you really feel like you are getting away from the hussle and bussle. Definitely a perfect environment for Yoga.
I can highly recommend Orba Health and Wellbeing to anybody who is looking for a yoga class or a yoga workshop. The centre is in beautiful and relaxing surroundings with very friendly staff. My experience at Orba surpassed my expectations and I will definitely be making a return visit.
I have been to Orba Health and Wellbeing many times, having availed of the various classes and the wonderful therapeutic spa facilities also. The instructors are top class, really know their stuff, friendly, accessible and always make time for one to one advice. I've done lots of yoga in various countries, and the quality of yoga at Orba is superb. General facilities and cleanliness are the best I've seen and the outdoor hot tub is a wonderful experience for aching muscles!
Fantastic facilities at Orba ... any classes or spa treatments i have availed of here have been first class and i cant rate the staff highly enough. Definitely worth a visit. Orba is a gr8 place if u are looking to improve wellbeing!
Fantastic total body massage by Caroline in Orba today. Highly impressed with the facilities and the attention to detail displayed by this lady!!! Highly recommend this massage to anyone especially if you are heavy into your fitness training.I am relaxed, charged and good to go again, will definitely be back:-)
