The staff have many things to do, none of which include helping customers.
Just tried to ring the shop again no answer the people that work in the shop couldn't give 2F's to be honest it's a poor Service give them a ring if you don't believe me

I have been in this shop only a few times, I try to avoid it at all costs, in the few times I have been in this shop, I have never received even one star customer service, it really puzzles me how these people get jobs, needless to say I left the shop with no phone, I'm quite sure this brought joy to the 3 members of staff that were there as none of the 3 wanted to process the sale or go get the phone , one looked at the other and said do you want to do that? Do you want to do that? Nobody seemed to want to do it... Both my husband and I, my daughter and my son are all o2 customers, o2 do yourself a favour send your staff to "apple " for customer service training ...
